Despite all this current Hurricane madness.. I can already feel it being an awesome year. Was apprehensive at first, but I feel really comfortable this year.

Precisely. We’re going to have a great time, it really feels like it.

Spring break was only a week but it seems like it was forever. Being back at Purchase feels like coming home and someone’s left the light on for you so you don’t trip on the steps. Or something. I’m not trying to be deep, but I don’t know how to describe it any more accurately than that.

I love walking around campus and seeing someone I’m genuinely excited to see every 10 feet. I love sitting down in Dante and feeling simultaneously brilliant and stupid listening to Bob Stein’s lecture. I love being back here. I can’t believe I only have one semester after this, I’m really going to miss this place.

They’re doing a pre-screening of Black Swan at my college tonight, I guess as a kind of thank you because they filmed most of it in our Performing Arts Center. 

The funny thing is, they filmed it in the PAC and now they’re showing it at the PAC, so it’s like this whole recursive Natalie Portman infinity magic thing.
